New Clear Bag Only Policy starting April 10th 2024. To enhance the safety and efficiency of our events, Credit One Stadium, is implementing a CLEAR BAG ONLY POLICY for all concert patrons.

• No hardware or decor is allowed to conceal the bag.  The bag must be a transparent purse, clear tote, and no larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″
• Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at designated entrance points.

The following items are prohibited from the Grounds:

• For the comfort and safety of patrons, players and performers, the following items are NOT permitted in Credit One Stadium without the express authorization of Charleston Tennis LLC. Unauthorized promotional, commercial, political, religious or offensive items of whatever nature including clothing, banners, signs, symbols, leaflets, stickers or flyers.
• Backpacks (multi-compartment bag with multiple shoulder straps),  Any bag left at a gate is left at the owner’s risk.  Credit One Stadium assumes no responsibility for left bags;
• Selfie Sticks, Drones (any mechanical object in motion or in flight) or Tennis Racquets;
• Firearms or Weapons of any kind, (regardless of permit), Any item which may be interpreted as a potential weapon and/or compromise public safety, including sharp or pointed objects (e.g. knives, large corkscrews), ‘personal protection’ sprays and fireworks/flares;
• Umbrellas are prohibited at Credit One Stadium.
• Hoverboards, Skateboards, Segways or any motorized vehicle not associated with a medical need;
• Bottles, Cans, Coolers, Ice Chests, Thermoses or Picnic Baskets;
• Food, except in a limited quantity for medical or infant purposes, Alcoholic Beverages, Illegal Substances;
• Flags or banners larger than 18” x 18” (46cm x 46cm);
• Personal camera, video camera or recording devices (unless with Media Credential) larger than 4” x 14” x 8” (10cm x 35cm x 20cm).
• Animals (Except service animals);
• Any objects or clothing bearing political statements or commercial identification intended for ‘ambush marketing’.
• Any other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by the Stadium management.
• Seat Cushions are prohibited at Credit One Stadium.
• No flash photography is allowed. Cameras & camcorders are prohibited for any purpose other than using photographs for personal and private domestic use. Such photographs or audio cannot be exploited or displayed in any manner or in any medium whatsoever without the express written consent of Credit One Stadium.

Visitors in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry or ejected from the Grounds.

All shows take place rain or shine. Umbrellas are prohibited at Credit One Stadium. On occasion, threatening weather may force us to clear the Grandstand seating in the stadium. We ask for your prompt cooperation should you hear an announcement pertaining to threatening weather.

Credit One Stadium offers a variety of choices for your dining pleasure; no food or beverage will be admitted into the event.

Plastic refillable bottles will be allowed on site. NO GLASS bottles, Metal bottles (Including Yeti or other branded metal bottles) or containers are allowed to be brought onto the property.

No alcohol may be brought onto the property.

No illegal substance(s) may be brought onto the property.

Bike racks are located near the front gate at the entrance to the stadium. The Stadium is not responsible for damage or theft.

Use of laptops and tablets is prohibited within the confines of the Stadium grounds.

There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

Credit One Stadium is ADA Accessible. Each is ADA seat is pre-assigned and must be selected at the time of purchase.  Access ramps are located on the north and east sides of the stadium.

Handicap parking is available by presenting your state-issued license plate or hangtag to parking attendants when you arrive on Daniel Island. Parking attendants will direct you.

Golf carts are allowed but are subject to all parking regulations and parking passes. The Stadium is not responsible for damage or theft.

Lost and Found is located at the Box Office, which is near the front entrance of the stadium. The Credit One Stadium, its owner and the owner’s affiliates, agents and employees are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Pets are not allowed, with the exception for service animals.
